We understand that the environment around COVID-19 is constantly evolving and changing, so we are doing our best to stay at the forefront to keep everybody safe and assured. Our team at Rick Hart Outlet wants to do what we can to help the community get through this.
First and foremost, we want you to know that we have taken the appropriate steps, following the latest advice from our Federal Government and the World Health Organisation.
- Additional staff training in proper hygiene and hand washing procedures
- Ensuring staff and customers have easy access to hand sanitizers throughout our stores
- Increased frequency of disinfecting all high-touch surfaces and common areas
- Advising our staff and our customers that if they feel unwell that they don’t visit our store locations
- Promoting social distancing amongst sales staff, delivery drivers, and customers
We're encouraging customers to use cashless and contactless payments in-store such as PayPass, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also offer a range of contactless delivery and pickup options for your peace of mind. Please see our Delivery & Services page for more information on this.
