Delivery & Services
Perth metro delivery services:
We cover a standard Perth metro delivery service area, and your costs will be calculated at checkout based on the product weights and sizes. Our standard delivery service includes being notified the date and time of your delivery, as well as being notified prior to your delivery arriving. If your delivery timeframe does not work for you, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we can arrange re-delivery at a more suitable time if possible. Please note that our standard delivery does not include unboxing or installation, these services are available with our premium delivery service. Our delivery services generally fall between Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm.
Perth metro premium delivery (white glove) services:
Within our standard Perth metro area, our premium services can help take care of all the details for you within your delivery - we'll place your item, unpack and remove the rubbish, as well as remove your old, disconnected appliances for recycling (like for like appliances only). We offer basic installation services for select products such as washing machines and dryers. We can also arrange installation of other products such as dishwashers and dryers with stacking kits - please get in touch with us and we can arrange these services on your behalf, or put you in touch with one of our preferred installers. Please note, wall-mounting of dryers, stacking kits, ice & water connections and dishwashers aren't part of our premium delivery charge. These can be arranged at a charge, please get in touch to get a quote for installation of these.
Regional Western Australia deliveries:
We can arrange delivery to almost anywhere within WA regional areas, please get in touch with us to arrange a quote.
Interstate deliveries:
We can arrange delivery to areas outside of WA - please get in touch with us to arrange a quote for delivery.
Overseas deliveries:
Please note that currently we do not deliver outside of Australia.
Availability
Products can sell very quickly, you may find that you look at an item and the next minute it’s gone! Once you’re at checkout we can generally be certain that the item will be available for you (subject to shipping requirements). If you checkout with an item that is ordered in, one of our representatives will be in touch with you to advise availability.
