Orders and Availability

  • A binding agreement between you and us will be formed when a product is ordered, and a deposit or full payment has been made.
  • Orders for products will not be placed with our suppliers until you have paid for the product in full.
  • If you wish to change your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we require at least 45 days' notice before the expected delivery date. Orders changed or cancelled within the 45-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All stock availability represented by our sales teams is accurate based on our current stock levels. If for any reason we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will inform you and provide options to amend, cancel, or delay delivery until stock becomes available.
  • All orders are considered cash and carry, we unfortunately cannot store products for you.

Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST. We make every effort to ensure prices and product information are correct and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without liability on our part.
  • We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diners), PayPal, or Afterpay. We do not accept cash, cheques, or cash-on-delivery.
  • Your tax invoice serves as proof of purchase and may be required for any warranty claims.

Delivery

  • We offer standard or full-service (white glove) delivery to most areas within Perth and the greater surrounds. Please contact us to confirm if we deliver to your area.
  • If you need to change a scheduled delivery date or address, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • If you are not available to take delivery on the agreed date, a re-delivery fee equal to the original agreed upon delivery amount (or our standard charge if no delivery fee was initially charged) will apply.
  • We have various delivery methods, all of which require a signature at the point of delivery. Our delivery team will request to see a photo ID of the person who placed the order or an authorized recipient.
  • We will provide an approximate delivery window on the morning of your delivery and notify you when the driver is 30 minutes away. While we strive to be as accurate as possible with our delivery time frames, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Returns
  • We accept returns and issue refunds if you change your mind, subject to the terms and conditions and a collection fee equal to our standard delivery charge.
  • If the product remains boxed and unopened within 30 days of delivery, you can arrange for it to be collected and inspected by our warehouse. If deemed suitable, you will have the choice of credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the product has been unboxed but is otherwise in new condition and unused, you may return it within 14 days of delivery to be inspected by our warehouse. If deemed suitable, you will have the choice of credit or refund less a 30% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns for used or installed products, custom-made products, or special buy products.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the products are adequately packaged and not damaged during the return delivery to our warehouse. All original parts and accessories must be returned for the product to be eligible for a refund.
